Your Satisfaction With Our Products Is Very Important To Us

If you purchased a KeraCare product online at, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs. (We’ll refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Before you return a KeraCare item, please send an email to Customer Care at within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

  • Damage
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, (RMA) and send you shipping instructions for returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. You must return the merchandise within five (5) calendar days after the RMA number is issued. If the merchandise is not returned within the authorized time period, the RMA will be canceled.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect your refund to be processed within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for your original purchase. Allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Packing and Sending Your Return

  1. Products must be packed securely and be returned undamaged.
  2. Pack the item(s) along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the same box in which the items were originally shipped or another box, if you prefer.
  3. Affix shipping labels to the outside of the box, clearly printing your return name and address in the upper left corner, and our address in the center section of the box. Your Return Authorization Number must also be clearly printed below our address.

We recommend the use of an insured parcel service such as UPS or US Priority Mail. (Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or assume responsibility for lost return shipments.The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return freight costs unless the return is a result of our error.
